The O-websites WorldOfO and Ultimate Orienteering are organising their annual voting among the Internet users around the world:

"2009 has been another year full of great orienteering achievements - and as we now are moving towards 2010, it is again time to decide the greatest of achievements of the year." - WorldOfO.com writes.

The idea behind is to name the best achievement of the year, and not necessarily the best orienteer of 2009. As the websites behind the poll state: it's not necessarily the gold medalists who have done the greatest orienteering achievements.

Last year's contest's winners were Daniel Hubmann and Minna Kauppi. The voting ends December 4th, so you still have a couple of days to decide and give your favourite a helping hand.
